Agreement

By accessing or using NextPDF (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

NextPDF provides free online PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and securing PDF files. Some tools process files in your browser; others are processed on our secure servers. Files uploaded to our servers are permanently deleted within 60 minutes of processing.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload files containing illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
• Use the Service to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our systems
• Use automated tools to submit bulk requests without prior written consent

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance globally. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Paddle handles all sales tax and VAT automatically
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy

Your Files

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. We do not claim any rights over your documents. Files are used solely to perform the requested operation and are deleted automatically after processing. We do not analyze, share, or retain the content of your files.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that processed files will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Use at your own risk, and always keep backups of important documents.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechyOwls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or documents.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
