If you're not satisfied with NextPDF Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Applies to first-time Pro subscriptions
- Renewal charges are eligible for refund within 14 days of each renewal date
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@techyowls.io with:
- Subject: “Refund Request — NextPDF”
- The email address on your account
- Your order or transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt email)
We typically respond within 1 business day.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon approval.
After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your account reverts to the free tier. Pro features will no longer be available. You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time.
Cancellation (Without Refund)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation after the 14-day window is not eligible for a refund of the current period.
After the 14-Day Window
Refund requests outside the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We handle exceptional circumstances (such as billing errors or technical issues that prevented use of the Service) with fairness. Contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
